Northern Foot Clinic accepts referrals for clients with a Medicare referral (EPC / Chronic Disease Management plan / Team Care plan) from their GP/Doctor. These appointments are NOT free of charge. Please contact our clinic on (03) 9004 2342 to discuss the out-of-pocket fee with a medicare referral.
Clients with the EPC / Chronic disease management plans usually require comprehensive and specialist assessments by our Podiatrists. Following the consultation, your podiatrist will send a full written report to your GP.
Please speak to your G.P to discuss your eligibility for podiatry services if you have a chronic condition and/or complex care needs.
