We understand that sometimes clients need to cancel an appointment (even after you confirm your attendance via SMS message). However, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible and provide a minimum 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. This means we can offer your appointment time to another client who is needing our service. We simply ask that you make every effort to keep your scheduled appointment and to arrive on time.
It is easy to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You can either;

A fee applies to any appointment that is missed or cancelled without 24 hours notice. The fees are as follows:
Missed Appointments
For all clients who miss an appointment with no prior communication to Northern Foot Clinic, 100% of the scheduled appointment fee will be charged.
Cancelled Appointments
More Than 24 Hours Notice
For all clients who give more than 24 hours notice that you will not be able to make an appointment, you are free to either cancel or rescheduled to a suitable time.
Less Than 24 Hours Notice or Same Day Cancellation
If your appointment can be rescheduled on the SAME DAY (schedule permitting), no fee will be charged. For all clients who give less than 24 hours notice that you will not be able to make an appointment, 100% of the scheduled appointment fee will be charged.
Northern Foot Clinic may waive this fee in extenuating circumstances.
Pre-pay policy for patients who have cancelled late or missed appointments
Northern Foot Clinic reserves the right to request patients to pre-pay their appointments if we have record that they or their family members have multiple last minute cancellations or missed appointments.
